You’re Now Part of Our Dream Team!

Something amazing is about to happen. And you’re one of a very select group of bariatric friends to hear the news first:

*drumrolls……pleaaaaaaase*

On Friday November 24th we’re launching our new book “The Bariatric Blueprint – The Complete Guide for a Successful Lifestyle after Bariatric Surgery” on all Amazon platforms! And we need your help to make the book launch a successful one.

What is “The Bariatric Blueprint” about?

Ever since we started our beloved online platform, our No. 1 mission was to create reliable resources for the bariatric community. Focusing on nutrition and mindset for the most part. The Bariatric Blueprint was inspired by the Your Onederland Blog and the book is jam-packed with tips and strategies to overcome the most common obstacles after bariatric surgery. The book answers questions like:

  • Why don’t diet and exercise work on their own in the light of obesity?
  • Why am I hungry one day, while feeling so full another?
  • How can I make sense of my restriction?
  • What should I do to ditch the all-or-nothing way of thinking?
  • Can I stretch my stomach?
  • How can I rewire my brain to create new habits?
  • What happens when I drink alcohol after bariatric surgery?
  • What are “the foamies”?
  • Why is it so hard to stop comparing my journey to others?
  • What causes weight regain, and what can I do to prevent it?

And so much more!

On top of that, the book also offers 4 FREE bariatric checklists/trackers to stay focused along the way.

If you have been following us on Instagram, this will be the ultimate guide of everything that we brought to light in the past couple of years. All wrapped up in a “to-the-point” read with less than 100 pages to prevent the overwhelm.

So, what exactly is a book launch team and why should I join?

A book launch team helps to create a “buzz” whenever a new book is launched. If you’re joining our book launch team, you will get the following:

  • FREE Advanced Reader Copy (sent through e-mail) to read before anyone else sets eyes on the book (in other words: you get the scoop first!)
  • FREE Bariatric Super Planner including 72 pages to help you navigate your journey better (PDF download).
  • FREE Bariatric Meal Planner to make meal planning easier (PDF download).

Okay, I’m in – but what do I need to do when I join the book launch team?

When you join our launch team, we ask you to commit to the following:

  • October 12th – November 15th: Read the Advanced Reader Copy of The Bariatric Blueprint.
  • November 15th – November 23rd: Prepare an honest review about The Bariatric Blueprint.
  • November 10th  – November 24th (pre-order time!): Pre-Order The Bariatric Blueprint Kindle version for a reduced price of $0.99 on Amazon.
  • November 24th (launch day!): Submit your honest review on Amazon.

Further instructions will be sent through e-mail in the weeks leading up to the book launch on November 24th.

We love creating new resources for the bariatric community, but we need your help to spread the word. Will you join us? It would mean the world!
