Hydration Challenge Weekly Schedule
Week 1
February 1st – February 6th
We’ll kick off the 1st week of the Hydration Challenge with redefining your own hydration goals. Are your goals realistic? Are they specific enough?
Week 2
February 7th – February 13th
The 2nd week will be dedicated to identifying your obstacles when it comes down to hydration.
Week 3
February 14th – February 20th
In the 3rd week you will work on your hydration goals with your new defined goals. Use your hydration checklist and your accountability sticker to keep yourself accountable.
Week 4
February 21st – February 28th
It’s time to reflect on your hydration skills. How did it go? What can you do differently in the next challenge?

We help you keep yourself accountable with our monthly themed challenges. You can join a new challenge every month. Every challenge includes free resources to keep you motivated. We’re a community, you are not alone!
How is Your Onederland different from a Facebook group?
Your Onederland is the actual platform itself! The community platform – which is accessible after you’ve created a free account – is created for bariatric journeys only. You’ll find similar features like other social platforms. You’ll have a profile, a timeline, forums and support groups you can join. You can become friends with other people who are on their bariatric journey as well. You can find all things bariatric surgery – education, connection and support – on one single platform! Pretty awesome right?
What's the difference between teams and support groups?
There are 3 different teams you can join – depending on where you’re at in your weight loss journey. There’s team pre-op, honeymoon and maintenance. Choose your team when you create your account. And start or join as many support groups as you like.
I didn’t have weight loss surgery yet. Can I still join the community?
Yes, you can! We actually encourage you to join our community and community challenges, also if you’re pre-op. Connect and learn more about all things bariatric surgery while you’re preparing for your surgery. Create an account and join team pre-op to meet other people who are awaiting their surgery (date) as well.
I created an account, now what?
It’s time to start connecting! Finish your profile and bio – and start supporting each other. You can create and join support groups, ask and answer questions, and start following other bariatric journeys. You’re not alone! What can I learn in Your Onederland?
